What do we think?

Greetings earthlings! Yes, it is feedback time!

Here's a word from each project member. We begin with our project leader, Ahmad Faisham.

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone.

First of all, I am very glad that I have opportunity to handle the “RECYLE FOR EARTH” project with my great KinderCycle members. At first, I did not know what to do after given the assignment to conduct a community project. Finally, we have agreed to create a community project in kindergarten about recycling. The project is to be my first project, so I need to learn many things. For example, I have learned how to talk to the kindergarten’s teacher to set the date to carry out this project. I went through all sorts of obstacles in doing this project. Firstly, problems in discussions which is my teammates have an idea but it was hard to fix the results. Lastly, the difficulty was to get souvenirs from a third party. Overall, I am satisfied with this project and I hope that children in kindergarten were satisfied and benefit from this project. Last but not least, I am very happy to have group members who are diligent, brave and efficient. I hope to do this activity again with the members of this group. Peace no war!!!

Ahmad Faisham

From our project that we had held on 5th May 2016, I get to know how to organize a program that involves the community. At first I think I cannot do this project but after cooperating with my group members, the program went smoothly. And we as a group can handle the problem together. The most important key point is team work. Our project involved children at kindergarten. During the activities, most of the children cannot pay attention and would not listen to us. But we did come up with something attractive in order to attract their attention and thank God, it worked. Lastly, I am very happy for being able to carry out this project with my awesome team!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank every all my project members for giving their full commitment in completing our community project. It is obvious that the project informally teaches us in ways to handle a group project. Although I am not the leader of the project, but the work that had been given to me was successfully done. Furthermore, I feel that this kind of community project allows me to give something or provide service to our community. For me, it had strengthened our bond with the community although it may be just be a small deed from the eyes of many. Thus, I hope that kids at the Tadika Iltizam Cemerlang can see the purpose of our recycling project, “Recycle For Earth” and make implementation or practises recycling in their lives.

I think that our project was a good program where we educated the kindergarten children about recycling. As we already know, nowadays people do not care about recycling. Therefore, from our project we can spread the awareness to the children and educate them in ways to recycle waste. Besides that, we have learnt to handle a program on our own. Even though we had difficulties to control or handle the children but we managed to finish our project on time. As a conclusion, our project was a good project and I hope that our project have impacted the children.

Good day, friends!

Hands down for KinderCycle, you were such an awesome team to work with and I believe that we actually achieved most of the objectives of this project despite the slight glitches that occurred before and after the event. It was by far the most meaningful I have ever took part in. Our main objective of our community project titled “Recycle For Earth” was to briefly expose the children to the importance of recycling the waste that we throw out each day.  Even though we were taken aback by the outrageous reactions by the children, we surely did enjoyed ourselves and realized that we should engage with the society even more in the future to achieve mutual understanding and respect for the sake of world peace and harmony. Thank you KinderCycle!

Kindercyle’s “Recycle For Earth” program held on 5th May at Tadika Iltizam Cemerlang was a very stunning program. I got so much support from the group members that help me throughout the project. Credit is given to Ahmad Faisham as the group leader for leading the group to success.
It is a good project to increase awareness of recycling in the community. Choosing children as the target group was a good approach to create awareness about something which is important like recycling because kids will be the next generation to our community. They will lead their generation all the good practises and pass down to their children.

Was it easy to handle 4 and 5 years old children? I would say that it was so hard and there was so much pressure. You will face so many types of children that is hyperactive and hyper passive. To control them, you should use their weakness that is their interest such as chocolate bars and candies. Thrn you will have their attention.
